How it works....

  • Chose a box from one of our curated options

  • Chose the size that best fits your babies current stage

  • Add to cart and make a member login so you can access your order information

  • Complete the online form and pay for the box on a monthly subscription basis (starting from the date you receive the box)

  • When your baby out grows the clothing, or you want to try new styles, simply login to your account, select the box of your choice and the size best for baby, and place order as ‘swap box’. We will then ship you the new box. Once it arrives, send us back the previous box (using the return courier slip provided) within a week and we will take care of all the washing. 

  • If you are unable to return the box on time please fill out the ‘late return’ form found in your account. Otherwise, you will be charged for the box until it is returned - up to the cost of the retail value of all items (price of this can be found in the terms and conditions).

  • If any item gets damaged, please simply report this using the ‘damaged item’ form (found in your account). You will not be charged for the repair of this item if we know before we receive it.

  • If you lose an item, please fill out the ‘lost item’ form (found in your account). You will be charged the value of that item only.
